The bus facilities are extended as a privilege and cannot be claimed as a right.

The buses will run on the existing routes only.

The school has to engage private bus operators to run the buses. Occasionally, the bus service may develop certain snags. Kindly bear with us.

The students should be present at their bus stops at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time in the morning. The buses will not wait for the latecomers.

In case a bus is 20 minutes late than the scheduled time, the parents may send their wards by hiring a private conveyance under their charge. The payment will be made by the school.

The school will take responsibility of safe escort only of the students availing the school bus. The safety of children travelling by any other mode of transport will be the sole responsibility of the parents/guardians.

No efforts are spared by the school to ensure the safety of students, but the school will not be held responsible in case of any road accident involving the school bus.

Safe conduct of students to and from the scheduled bus stop is the entire responsibility of the parents/guardians.

In case a parent/authorised escort is not present at the bus stop on the first return trip, the child will be brought back to the school. It will be the responsibility of the parent/escort to pick the child from the school.

The school will not be held responsible if the child leaves his/her belongings in the bus.

Transport fee for the full session will be charged from the users of school bus.

Transport fee chargeable from the bus users is payable in five instalments.

If any student is found using the school transport without permission, he/she is liable to pay one instalment as a fine. In case the act is repeated, full session transport fee will be charged.
